What is the difference between a debit and a credit card?

Credit cards are used in relation to the limit set on a monthly basis. With these cards, transactions can only be made within that limit, and during one month.

Invoices for completed transactions are issued on the basis of agreed contractual provisions.

Debit cards can only be used on the basis of funds paid in advance. With these cards, transactions can be performed up to the amount of available funds.

What is the difference between a company debit card and an individual debit card?

Company debit cards (cards with the DEBI embossed mark) use funds that are paid into an account to which a group of cards has access.

Each card has access to the total amount for the group, unless it is limited by a daily, monthly or quarterly limit.

Individual debit cards (INDI embossed cards) use funds that are paid into a separate account for each of the individual cards.

How long does it take to issue a card?

After the application for the card is submitted, the card can be withdraw within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the Agreement signing.

What information can be printed on the cards?

Cards can contain a registration number, user name or customer name (legal entity). Letters and numbers can be embossed on the cards themselves. On the cards that belong to the group, the name of the legal entity is printed next to the name of the card user.

What documents are required to issue additional cards?

The request for the issuance of additional cards can be submitted at any time during the contract.

In order for additional cards to be issued to the customer, the customer must submit a completed NIS card issuance request, as well as the NIS vehicle specification.

The required documents are submitted to the manager assigned to the company.

Is it possible to change the type of fuel paid for by the card after the card is issued?

After the card is issued, it is possible to change the limit, as well as the type of fuel that can be paid with it.

Changes can be made by submitting a request through a manager assigned to the company or through the NIS Gazprom personal cabinet.

What to do in case of loss or theft of the card?

If the card is lost, the customer can block it by calling 08 0000 8888 (0 – 24h) or by contacting the manager assigned to the customer.

How are debit card funds paid?

Payment to the debit card account can be made by submitting a proforma invoice in the amount of the desired amount.

Proforma invoice can be delivered through a personal service (NIS Gazprom personal cabinet), using the option “Payment for an individual card – debit” or “Payment for a group of cards – debit”, or by contacting the regional NIS center.

After the proforma invoice is delivered, the customer will receive a reference number with which the payment can be made.

Is there a minimum payment to my debit card account?

There are no minimum or maximum payment amounts.

After the payment is made, when do the funds on the cards become available?

After the payment has been made, all funds that are posted to the NIS account by 2 p.m. become available on the cards on the same working day.

What to do in case of losing the PIN code?

In case of loss of the PIN code, when stopping at the next gas station, the customer can request to be assigned a new PIN, which will be done through the NIS Call Center.

In addition, the issuance of a new PIN code can be requested by submitting a request to the manager assigned to the company.

What to do if the card is blocked due to incorrect PIN code entry?

The card is blocked after an incorrect PIN code is entered three times when you try to use it.

In that case, it is necessary to submit a request for unblocking the card and assigning a new code through the manager assigned to the company.

Is it possible to use the card several times in one day?

There are no limits on how many times the card can be used in one day.

The only limiting factors are the available funds and pre-defined limits for the cards.

Is it possible to monitor consumption in real time?

NIS Gazprom cards can be managed via NIS NIS Gazprom personal cabinet via a computer or via the NIS Corporate Clients mobile application.

The request for access to the personal service is submitted to the manager assigned to the customer, after which the access parameters and instructions for use will be forwarded.

How to get information about available funds on the card?

Information on available funds can be obtained via computer via the NIS Gazprom personal cabinet website, via the NIS Corporate Clients mobile application or via the Call Center by calling 08 0000 8888.
