By accessing our website or by direct contact with employees in the Wholesale division, you will receive all the necessary information. If you have not previously cooperated with NIS, in order to conclude a contract, you need to provide us with general information about your company, so that we can open the code for you. After that, you submit the credit rating for control, in order to be assigned a credit limit. Then the terms of payment, quantities on an annual level, dynamics of deliveries on a monthly level are agreed. In order to start cooperation after the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the decision of the Credit Committee, certain collateral for deferred payment shall be submitted. Depending on the Scoring category, deferred payment of 15, 30 or 45 days is possible, and with the submitted bank guarantee, deferred payment is possible for up to 45 days.

How can we order goods?

If you want transportation organized by NIS, you need to submit a request for delivery to the e-mail of your clerk, every working day from 8 am to 11 am. If you plan to pick up petroleum products with your own transport, you can send a request every working day from 8 am to 1 pm.

Can we order goods without concluding a contract and what is needed for the customer to be supplied in advance from the NIS Wholesale?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is send us a request for a pro forma invoice to your clerk’s e-mail. After your payment, we create a delivery order. Also, it is necessary for the customer to be registered in our database (SAP code) and to have the prescribed tank space available.

What is the smallest quantity we can order?

If the transport is performed by the NIS, the minimum quantity is 1,000 liters.

If we decide that NIS will transport our goods, what is the minimum delivery time?

In cooperation with colleagues from the transport department, we will always try to meet your needs as much as possible and ensure delivery as soon as possible.

Do we get a discount on larger quantities?

Yes. If you have a concluded contract, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, you will receive a monthly discount according to the applicable rebate scale.

Is it possible for our headquarters to be in one place and for an invoice to arrive at that address, and for the place of unloading to be in another location?

Yes, it is. In that case, we need an address for the unloading point, in order to create a code in the SAP system and make the delivery to that address.

What are the accompanying documents when unloading the goods?

Documents accompanying the delivery of goods are: bill of lading, delivery note, quality test report and declaration or certificate of conformity.

If I order goods for tomorrow, for an advance, how is the delivered quantity invoiced?

The seller invoices the delivered petroleum products at the price applicable on the day of delivery. The delivery date shall be the day when the Seller handed over the petroleum product to the Carrier for transport, regardless of whether transport of the petroleum product is organized by the Buyer or the Seller.

Are you servicing the refuelling from one unloading point to another?

No, NIS’s tank trucks exclusively transport from the Refinery or from the Warehouse to the Buyer/Contracting Authority’s unloading point. Subsequent refuelling are not possible.

Is there a possibility of free transportation?

Yes, in accordance with the seller’s decisions and the agreed quantities.

Where can we check the current prices of derivatives?

All prices of derivatives can be monitored daily on the following page: Wholesale price list.

Where is the nearest loading installation with its own transport?

Depending on where the buyer is located, the nearest installation or RNP will be offered.

What is the capacity of large tank trucks and what is the layout of the chambers?

The capacity is 30,000 liters and the layout is 4×7,500 liters.

Is interest charged for any delay in payment?

Yes, any delay in payment of invoices is subject to the statutory default interest.

What are the qualities of the derivatives we can buy from you?

NIS produces and sells exclusively top quality derivatives manufactured according to the highest European standards, as evidenced by the increasing sales and consumption of our derivatives in the European Union countries.

Liquid petroleum gas (LPG)

Can NIS guarantee a regular supply of LPG?

Yes, if you have a LPG sales agreement (with obligation), be sure that the LPG deliveries will be regular throughout the year.

I misjudged the supply of LPG. Can you deliver LPG to me today?

In cooperation with colleagues from the transport department, we will always try to meet your needs as much as possible and ensure delivery as soon as possible.

If we decide for you as our supplier of bottled LPG, what conditions do we need to meet in order to get a discount on the price?

According to the new commercial conditions related to the wholesale distribution of liquefied petroleum gas in bottles, as of 1 January 2017, you are entitled to a quantitative rebate in accordance with the signed contract and the quantities taken over on a monthly basis over 5 tons.

Is it possible for your means of transport to deliver the ordered quantity of LPG in bottles to our address?

Of course, delivery can be organized by the Seller with adequate access to the place of delivery. The transport price depends on the distance from the place of loading to the place of delivery and is calculated according to the official price list for the transport of LPG in bottles. We do not charge for the transport service up to 40 km distance.
