Changes in cooperation with Naša AIK Banka

Naša AIK Banka a.d. Beograd (formerly Sberbank Srbija a.d. Beograd) will be incorporated into AIK Banka a.d. Beograd by the end of this year, and the official formalization of this status change is planned for 1 December 2022.

This means that Naša AIK Banka a.d. Beograd will transfer all its assets and liabilities to AIK Banka a.d. Beograd, thus, as the incorporated company, it will cease to exist.

Having in mind all of the above and in accordance with the changes in cooperation and partnership with Naša AIK Banka, we inform the bank’s clients and users of the “Sa nama na putu” loyalty program that the payment with these cards will end on 18 December 2022.

The issuance of new “Sa nama na putu” payment cards in cooperation with the bank is suspended, while for the convenience of the existing users, some of the functionalities will remain active after this date.

The option of payment of debts will remain active in accordance with the clients’ contracts until the final settlement of the debt on the “Sa nama na putu” payment card.
